Who shouldn't use it?
Don't use iThera or iThera Pro if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, if you are pregnant, or on children. Never place pads on the head, neck or chest. Read the safety guidance in the user manual before first use, and if you have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.
How long is a session?
Follow the session guidance in the supplied user manual. Choose a program and adjust the intensity to a comfortable level.
How often do I replace pads?
About every 20 sessions, or sooner if they stop sticking well. Refill pads and cables are sold separately.
How do I charge it?
Over USB-C at 5 V; the cable is in the box. The pod runs for about 1 h 20 min per charge and the remote for about 3.5 h.
What's the warranty?
A 1-year limited warranty covers the pod and the remote. Pads are not covered.
Does it need an app?
No. The included remote controls it: pick a program or Smart Therapy, then set the intensity.
