Look after your pads.

Good contact begins with simple care, before and after every session.

Before you start.

Follow the manual: apply pads to clean, dry, intact skin. Do not use them on irritated or damaged skin.

After each use.

Reapply the protective film immediately. Store the pads, remote and device in their protective case in a clean, dry environment.

When adhesion weakens.

The maintenance section recommends replacing pads around every 20 sessions, or sooner if they no longer adhere properly. Worn pads can cause discomfort or inconsistent stimulation.

Keep cleaning simple.

Use a dry, non-abrasive microfibre cloth on the remote. Do not use solvents or alcohol-based cleaners. The maintenance instructions say not to wash the electrode pads or wipe them with cloths; replace them when needed.

For a pad-specific question, ask the team before trying a cleaning or gel-replenishment method.

Based on the supplied iThera user manual and product information. Read the complete manual before use.
